The rules you are agreeing to when you enter win4free draws.

By entering any draw you are agreeing to comply with and to be bound by the following Draw Rules. These, together with our Terms & Conditions, govern our relationship with you when entering our draws. If you disagree with any part of these Draw Rules then please do not enter any draw.

Agreement

1 Only registered members are eligible to be entered into win4free draws.
2 Members must be 18 years of age or older.
3 Members must have only one account with win4free.
4 Members are responsible for ensuring the correct PayPal Email address is held within their Account Profile.
5 Members accept that payments are made in GBP (£). If a members PayPal account does not accept GBP payments then PayPal will convert payment to an appropriate currency applying their currency conversion rate. PayPal may also apply additional cross border transaction fees for payments to non-UK members.
6 By entering any draw, you accept that you are entering into an arrangement solely between you and win4free, and that you will have no right to appeal to, or otherwise involve, any third party in the event of any dispute.
7 All draws will operate as described in the relevant section/page of this website. Before entering a draw you warrant that you will read the relevant section/page to familiarise yourself with the way in which that draw will be run.
8 You agree that, in the event of any dispute as to the winner of a draw, win4free shall have sole authority to decide which member is the winner of that draw. You further accept that win4free shall be under no obligation to enter into any correspondence with members in relation to any dispute.
9 Those who choose to access this site outside the United Kingdom are responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the payment of any income taxes due on any winnings.
10 Additional draw rules may apply to specific draws. Where this is the case, such additional rules will be described on the appropriate draw page.
